So today was pretty sad, it is my dad's 51st birthday . The kids each let a balloon go to "Heaven" to their Papa. We all went up to Red canyon lodge to eat lunch, then we went out to mom and dad's and mom made his favorite cake (chocolate cake with vanilla frosting) and homemade ice cream. I wish he could have been here with us, he would have really had fun today! I miss and love him so much.

Stef, you do look fantastic! I think that everything you guys do to celebrate your dads life is awesome. I know he misses you but is happy seeing you guys being so strong. I can't even imagine how hard it is. I loved your dad too. Love ya girl.
Stef, I thought about you guys all day long on his birthday. I had a chance to talk to your mom but didn't get you all called. I know it must have been such a hard day. I am so proud of you for doing all the things he would have loved and keeping his memory alive. That is so important. I know he was with you and that he is so proud of you. He will always be with you.
Your Dad was such a neat person. He was always so good to me. I just loved him. He is missed.
