Hawaii 2010

We have the best Mom (Nama) in the world! The past couple of Thanksgiving's she has been able to take all of us to Kona, and she always reminds us that we wouldn't be able to go if it wasn't for my Dad! We have so much fun playing on the beaches, sea shell hunting, snorkeling, and just relaxing at the Hilton! The kids love the lagoon there; they ride the paddle boards and just have fun playing in the shallow warm water. We love to go to the farmers markets and get fresh fruit to snack on, and the kids love to find treasures! It is so absolutely beautiful and I am so thankful that we are all able to go and have that time there together as a family! Thanks Mom (and Dad) for such an amazing trip.

A day at Grandma and Papa Bob's house.

We all loaded up and headed to Grandma and Grandpa's house. Grandma made her famous sugar cookies and pudding cups for everyone (well actually she said they were for the great grandkids, but since we love them and grew up eating them we decided we would eat them instead! The kids enjoyed looking at all of the different little houses and people in Grandma's Christmas village set. Ali loves to color, and put together puzzles with Grandma when we go over, while Grandpa just sits and laughs at all of the "crazy" little boys running around! Just walking in the front door, and the smell of their home sends a flood of memories through you!

Halloween 2010

Fall on the Farm

Mammy invited all of us to the farm to make donuts and just be together. The kids had lots of fun dipping the donut holes in the cinnamon and sugar and eating them as soon as we could make them! We walked up the canal to Aunt Melanie's house and the kids had fun swinging on the tree swing, and trying to climb Mimi's tree. Which is the biggest most beautiful tree I have ever seen. I am so glad my kids are able to make memories at Mammy and Pappy's like the ones we have growing up!
